First of all, please accept my condolences for the loss of your loved one.  

For some of you, this will be the very first funeral, you have had to organise and it can seem like a daunting task, especially when you are feeling totally overwhelmed with grief, and having to also deal with all the necessary legal paperwork. 

As a trained Funeral Celebrant, I am here to help support and guide you through the process. I write and conduct bespoke ceremonies ensuring that your loved one is honoured and celebrated with the upmost dignity and respect.

Funerals are an important part of my role as a celebrant. It is an honour and a privilege to help families and friends remember and celebrate the life of their loved one and to say final farewells.

I will work closely with the Funeral Director and the funeral venue to ensure that all goes smoothly.  The core principles that underpin all of my work are sensitivity, inclusivity and creativity ensuring that your service is uniquely personal and tailored to you, your loved one and your family as individuals.

I am happy to provide a traditional service with religious input or solely a celebration of life with a more humanist focus or non-religious focus.  

Organising this funeral will be the final thing you can do for your loved one, and as such it is absolutely vital for you and your family that you do everything you can to make it the send-off you feel they deserve.  

Whether you would like your ceremony to be joyful, energising and motivating, or simply relaxed and thoughtful, your wishes are at the center of what I will create for you and your family.

I provide funeral services at crematoriums, burials, woodland/natural interments and memorials. The services/ceremonies that I write often include poetry, readings, music and songs at the request of the family. 

I am happy to take a lead role and officiate or to support friends and family who prefer to lead a service with support.

I am happy to help clients plan and write a funeral service before their passing, or to support the chief mourner or family after the loss of a loved one.

I always provide the family with a digital  copy of the service as a keepsake.
